We LOVED working with Kristen. We are not from the Myrtle Beach area as a matter of fact, we lived in Colorado and Myrtle beach was the area we were looking to retire in a few years. We immediately connected wih Kristen after seeing a home we liked. For efficiency and capitalizing our time and visit, Kristin learned quickly our likes and dislikes and we looked at several homes. though we had one or two we liked during the initial tour, she also picked up on additional items to continue look for as we had to go back to Colorado. Several weeks went by and we shared homes we were interested in. She literally went to the homes, recorded her walk through and narrated during the recordings giving feedback on what to look at, what she saw etc. and sent us the videos. Kristen asked questions on our behalf to the seller's realtor and was diligent getting responses timely. Kristen went above and beyond for us to get the answers we needed. Kristen was very transparent with what she saw (if there were concerns, she had) or things we should be considering based on what we were looking for. This is an invaluable quality to have as a realtor especially working and communicating from states away.Know this, Kristen will work above and beyond with you and trust that she is committed to ensuring you are comfortable with your house searching and buying every step of the way. Think of it as working with a good friend keeping your interest in mind. Even after we closed, Kristen continued to commit her time to assure our transition was smooth.
